Answer mode
Ask your questions directly to GPT-4, just start with the word 'answer': "Answer the question: How tall is the Eifel tower?"
Rewrite mode
Change the text that is currently selected, just start with 'rewrite'. "Rewrite this to Portugese" or "Rewrite this to bullet points"
Reply mode
Write an answer to the email thread in your clipboard, a big timesaver when going through emails. "Reply that we don't offer these services, in a polite way"
Run commands
WhisperTyping also executes commands for you.
Start with the words "Open" or "Run command".

In what applications does it work?
It works in any application that has a text field. WhisperTyping acts as a virtual keyboard.
What operating systems are supported?
For now, only Windows. We hope to expand later to other operating systems.
What languages are supported?
We support all 57 languages supported by Whisper including commonly spoken ones like English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and Russian, as well as less widely spoken languages.
Do you store my data?
No we don't. We also use OpenAI's API but to our knowledge they don't store your data either, nor use it to train their models.
Is this a product of OpenAI?
Well, not directly. We integrated OpenAI's models in our dictation software, but we are not related to OpenAI.
What voice-to-text model do you use?
We use the Whisper V2 large model.
How much does it cost?
For now, it's free. But we may start charging soon to cover our cloud expenses.
Any tips to get the best results?
Having a good microphone and microphone placement helps a lot. And of course articulating well and also working with longer audio batches, as Whisper looks at context.
